In contemporary design, glass keeps pushing boundaries. Glass facades and glazed ceilings make a design feel lighter, and glass combined with light creates interesting visual effects. However, as a material sensitive to damage and stress, it requires additional environmental considerations and therefore special fixing systems.
Rotules for fixing glass to facades are designed for greater resistance to mechanical damage and weather. Thanks to their corrosion resistance, stainless steel rotules can be used both inside buildings and on facades. The AISI 316 stainless steel used to make glass rotules and spiders protects them against aggressive chemicals found in detergents or acid rain.
We offer point fixings for glass that can be used in exterior projects. The hardware has been tested by the manufacturer to applicable standards, so it meets national and European regulations.
